Hiya, I’m Rachael

With more than 20 years of clinical and academic experience, I’m still trying to work out what I want to do when I grow up. In the meantime, I’m here to help you work out what you want to do next. A bit like a big sister, but for your life, your career, or your next project.

I’ve mentored a wide range of professionals over the last two decades, including doctors, nurses, and researchers, and undertaken consultancy work for a variety of different organisations.

I’m currently a paediatric public health doctor and a university professor, but my path has been winding and not without its potholes.

I’m here to help you navigate your own way.
